“Working with Jeremy for a little over 6 months I found him to be very accommodating with my hectic work schedule and adapting the workouts to what is needed at the time and explaining what each exercise does to my body to counteract the abuse put on it every day in my line of work.”
“I started the Epic Fitness Cardio Cycle 45 class on April 1st and since then I have lost 12lbs! It’s an awesome class, very engaging and with the right amount of challenges. The instructors are very nice and they make sure you are comfortable with the class and keep you motivated. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a great workout!”
“Since joining Epic I have reached the 5k level and have dropped 54 pounds. Cassidy’s encouragement is a large part of my success. Her treatment and respect for her students is outstanding, one would never know that her students averaged age is probably 70. You, Cassidy, and the rest of your staff give me a sense of belonging and I look forward to each visit.”
“I enjoy working out at Epic because: the staff is friendly, they keep the gym clean, rarely do I have to remove weights leftover from someone else, the time period that I go doesn’t get overly crowded.”
“I really enjoy Epic Fitness’ variety of equipment. I love getting a well rounded workout. They are active in our community, they sponsored our fraternity run for leukemia and lymphoma research and I have been able to get involved by giving blood at the American Red Cross drives at the gym.”
