Class Descriptions

Cardio Cycle 45

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique-based, and/or real-terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs, and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

Epic Flex

This class also exemplifies the mind–body connection that Epic Fitness is all about. Flex improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles. Flex uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment to tone and strengthen the core body. Flex is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Flex increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s “core” or “powerhouse” (torso).

Boot Camp *

BOOT CAMP is a group training program that will enhance your regular membership. BOOT CAMP will get you moving! Participants at all levels will be moving their body in a manner that challenges their muscles, cardio-respiratory system, stamina, endurance, coordination, balance, and determination. With full-body movements at the right level of intensity, any individual will be able to advance their fitness to the next level.

Whether you want to lose weight or just look and feel better, our private personal training studios offer a reserved spot for you to get to know your trainer and facility; we will devise a training plan and start working on developing your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance, and overall well-being.

A fusion of yoga and Pilates. Using proper body alignment and body mechanics to focus on core strengthening. A fun and energetic way to refocus yourself at the end of the day!


This all levels class teaches the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Highly therapeutic, this technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed.

Epic Pump

This 50-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating class environment with music. With simple movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Epic Pump is for all ages and fitness levels.

Get ready for EXPLOSIVE NEW MOVES and high energy dance routines, that are FUN and EASY TO FOLLOW!


A low impact class for all ages and skill levels to learn the proper body functions and movements to perform exercises safely and effectively.
