Class Descriptions


Yopila is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. This class improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility and strengthens muscles. Yopila uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment to tone and strengthen the core body. Yopila increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s “core” or “powerhouse” (torso). People who do this class regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

Epic Flex

This class also exemplifies the mind-body connection that Epic Fitness is all about.  Flex improves your mental and physical well being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles.  Flex uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment to tone and strengthen the core body.  Flex is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.  In addition, Flex increases circulation and helps sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s “core” or “powerhouse” (torso).


This all levels class teaches the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Highly therapeutic, this technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed. Class is for 50 minutes.

DDP Yoga

Combines the very best of traditional yoga, old-school calisthenics, sports rehabilitation therapy, and dynamic resistance to create one of the most effective fitness plans in existence today that almost anybody can do.


Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility and burn calories with jab, upper-cut,  hook and kick! All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Cycle

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique-based and/or real-terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs, and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

Epic Pump

This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating class environment with music. With simple movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Epic Pump is for all ages and fitness levels.

Boot Camp *

Bootcamp is a group training program with the goal of motivating and training individuals with a desire to achieve an ultimate fitness level. This coupled with our nutritional advice and a 90/10 rule you will see your body transform. If you are looking to change your body composition, increase your energy level, shed fat, build lean muscle and enjoy doing it then this is the program for you. Team workouts are extremely functional and change every day. They are designed to progressively challenge your body the best way possible from the core to the extremities. Using basic movement techniques and technical total body lifts combined with the very best of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, explosive training, reactive training, balance training, core training, body weight manipulation, various forms of dynamic resistance, flexibility and self-massage. There are currently two levels available: basic and elite. Basic is for those just starting out, Elite is for those who are wanting a more advanced program. The cost is the same for either level ($75 per month with a three month commitment.)
