Class Descriptions

Cardio Cycle 45

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique-based, and/or real-terrain based and focuses on cadence, climbs, and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. This class is motivating with music and will leave you sweating!

Epic Flex

This class improves your mental and physical well-being, while increasing flexibility, balance, and mobility. Flex promotes circulation through deep tissue release using the foam roller. This class is appropriate for everyone.

Jackie’s Jam

Get ready for EXPLOSIVE NEW MOVES and high energy dance routines, that are FUN and EASY TO FOLLOW!

Lift & Sculpt

A blend of traditional weightlifting technique with targeted core, legs and flute specific exercises all set to energizing music.

Boot Camp *

BOOT CAMP is a group training program that will enhance your regular membership. BOOT CAMP will get you moving! Participants at all levels will be moving their body in a manner that challenges their muscles, cardio-respiratory system, stamina, endurance, coordination, balance, and determination. With full-body movements at the right level of intensity, any individual will be able to advance their fitness to the next level.

Whether you want to lose weight or just look and feel better, our private personal training studios offer a reserved spot for you to get to know your trainer and facility; we will devise a training plan and start working on developing your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance, and overall well-being.

Yopila

With a focus on your core, using a fusion of yoga and Pilates. Using proper body alignment to focus on core strengthening. A fun and energetic way to refocus yourself at the end of the day!

Yoga

This all levels class teaches the classic yoga poses through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise movement in the body, with proper modifications. Helps to strengthen your poses while using breath for focus and relaxation. Includes simple meditation.

Epic Pump

This 50-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating class environment with music. With simple movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Epic Pump is for all ages and fitness levels.

BIOFIT

A low impact class for all ages and skill levels using proper bio-mechanics to perform exercises safely and effectively.  Improving balance and stability.

Total Body

A fun way to tend your day with an energetic full body workout.  Safely strengthen and tone your entire body in 50 minutes, while increasing your flexibility and endurance.  A short cardio warm-up incorporating a step, long-bar w/weights and hand weights, culminating with a sculpting and core finale.

Seniors In Motion

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Seniors In Motion II

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. Some exercises will utilize the floor while others will require stretching without a chair.
