FREE Fitness Assessment

Are you ready to Jump into January?!!  We are here to help.  Each day in January (starting January 2nd) we will be posting a Workout of the Day on our white board for you to do. We are also inviting you to have a FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT with one of our trainers.

We will be offering these assessments on Saturday, January 5th from 12 pm – 2 pm and Wednesday, January 9th from 6 pm – 8 pm.  We can check your body fat,  measurements that compare waist to hip ratio and a sit and reach assessment for flexibility.  This will give you a “New Year” starting point and will be able to follow up with another assessment when you are ready for one.
