Healthy Summer Treat

During the hot summer months, we often crave something cold, refreshing, and sweet to keep us cool.

Here’s a healthier frozen treat you can indulge in without the guilt.

Also, now is the season for berry picking, so go pick some fresh berries for this homemade popsicle recipe!

Frozen Berry and Spinach Ice Pops:
-1 cup milk (non-dairy if preferred)
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-1 cup frozen cherries or raspberries
-½ cup Greek yogurt
-1 cup frozen spinach
-3 Tablespoons honey

Blend milk, blueberries, cherries, yogurt, spinach, and honey in a blender until smooth; pour into ice pop molds. Freeze until solid, at least two hours. Makes six servings. About 100 calories per serving.
