Dear Epic Fitness Members,
First, I want to say how proud we are of our Epic members, for your encouragement, love, and help during this COVID-19 crisis. You have helped us keep our gym as clean and safe as possible and have given all of our employees so much encouragement and support.
Unfortunately, based on the Governor’s announcement, even with all that has been done, we feel that the right thing to do for everyone is to temporarily close our doors.
We will be closing tonight, Sat. March 21 at 6 p.m. and will reopen as soon as possible. The Governor has asked that we all Stay Home & Stay Healthy. Let me also add, Stay Active!
We know this is disappointing to you and you may also be suffering a loss of income. Because of that, over the next few days, we will make sure no more gym dues are drawn against your bank account. We feel this is the right thing to do.
Manually adjusting each account may take a few days, so we ask for your patience. We will pick up where we left off when we are told it is safe to reopen. We want to make sure that you know that we will be taking care of you even during our temporary closure.
Our fitness instructors will be getting some videos together to help you keep in shape. Please check our website and social media sites; Facebook and Instagram, for any updates.
Those who have items in lockers, if you are not able to come in by 6 pm, please email Michele@goepicfit.com and we will arrange a time for you to come in and collect your items.
Our staff wishes all of you the very best and we look forward to seeing you soon.
